That must be Chancellor George Osborne's version of the famous song, as the tree for Number 11 Downing Street will cost the public purse nothing. A tree has been donated!
I don't know how much it would have cost if this one hadn't been offered, but hopefully it would still have been far cheaper than some of the departmental trees in previous, such as the Dept of Health's 2009 tree which apparently cost £2,500(!)
